First there was the Harpoon Dunkin’ Coffee Porter, then the Harpoon Dunkin’ Summer Coffee Pale Ale, and now Harpoon Brewery and Dunkin’ have partnered again for three new beers. If you like sweets and a good brew, these just might be the sips of your dreams.
The latest collaboration has resulted in three new brews: Harpoon Dunkin’ Pumpkin (5.2% ABV), Harpoon Dunkin’ Boston Kreme (4.3% ABV), and Harpoon Dunkin’ Jelly Donut (5.7% ABV). In addition, the Harpoon Dunkin’ Coffee Porter (6% ABV) is coming back! So it looks like your fall sipping is going to involve coffee and donut flavors in a bottle — and honestly, who can complain?
- Harpoon Dunkin’ Pumpkin: Inspired by the fall pumpkin latte, the “Spiced Latte Ale” is brewed with real pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices, and a splash of coffee
- Harpoon Dunkin’ Boston Kreme: The ”Boston Kreme Stout” is brewed with real Dunkin’ donuts and cacao nibs, which give it extra dough-like and chocolatey notes
- Harpoon Dunkin’ Jelly Donut: The IPA is brewed with real Dunkin’ donuts and raspberry puree with notes of jelly and citrus
- Harpoon Dunkin’ Coffee Porter: Combines malty notes of chocolate, caramel, and toffee for a similar flavor of Dunkin’s Original Blend coffee
You’ll be able to indulge in these beers beginning in September. The pumpkin brew will be available on draft and in six-pack bottles. To get the others, however, you’ll have to find the new Harpoon Dunkin’ Dozen mix pack. It includes three cans of all four beers, so you get to try them all to find a favorite. The limited-edition pack will be available everywhere Harpoon is sold, and you can use the beer finder to hunt it down near you.
“After more than two years and three seasons of collaborating with the Dunkin’ team, our fans have come to expect a delicious fall beer from us, but we wanted to give them something extra special this year,” Dan Kenary, Harpoon CEO and cofounder, said in a press release. “Our brewers have always been master innovators, but brewing beer made with real donuts was a first even for them. It’s hard to pick a favorite of the four recipes — just like it’s hard to pick a favorite donut from Dunkin — but we hope both our and Dunkin’s fans have a blast trying.”
Both beer and donuts are delicious on their own, so combining them has to result in a mind-blowing experience. And we’re so ready for it.
