Duncan Hines Has New Personal-Sized Mermaid, Unicorn, and Galaxy Cake Cups
Duncan Hines is no stranger the cake cup game! The brand released personal-sized Oreo and Chips Ahoy! versions last year, and now it has three new easy-to-make cakes for one that are as pretty as they are tasty.
Beginning in February, you’ll be able to get Mermaid, Unicorn, and Galaxy cake cups nationwide. This isn’t the first time that Duncan Hines has put out a unicorn dessert for one, but this one looks even better than the last.
Mermaid: vanilla-flavored purple cake mix with colorful pearl-like purple and white sprinkles
Unicorn: vanilla-flavored pink mix cake with pink, purple, and white sprinkles
Galaxy: chocolate cake mix with purple and white sprinkles
These colorful desserts couldn’t be easier to make, and there’s basically no cleanup. All you
have to do is add 3 tablespoons of water, mix, and microwave for 1 minute. Don’t worry if your purple or pink cakes don’t look that color right away. The batter changes color during the baking process, so don’t take your eyes off of it!
All three Duncan Hines personal-sized cake cup varieties will be hitting shelves in February for $1.65 each. Dessert is officially served!
