In the special episode, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spoke about "prioritizing mental health, removing the stigma around the issue, and how we can all contribute to a healthier world," per a press release.
The press release also noted that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex discovered the timely podcast after reading a New York Times profile about the show, which is hosted by five students at Loara High School in Anaheim, California.
