Dubai hotel turns bedrooms into working spaces

Transforming hotel rooms into workspaces

The Rove hotel in Dubai

noticed a demand for private offices

since working from home

became the new normal

(SOUNDBITE) (English) CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AT ROVE HOTEL, PAUL BRIDGER, SAYING:

"During the period where people were asked to work from home, we had a lot of inquiries about when people come back to the hotels, come back to the spaces. But they were also asking if there was some way that they could be, you know, private and get the benefit that you would have in your own office without the distractions you have at home."

Despite a bleak season for hospitality

the hotel maintains full occupancy

with the help of accommodation deals

and bookings for bedrooms-turned-offices
