Drug deaths: Statement made on Scotland’s ‘national shame’

The Scottish Parliament has been recalled during recess after calls from Labour and the Conservatives for a ministerial statement on drug deaths. Drugs Policy Minister Angela Constance called the loss of life from drug-related deaths “our national shame”.
