Drone Video Shows Homes and Trees Damaged by Missouri Tornado

Aerial footage from the Ameren Missouri energy utility on May 23 captures the scale of the damage caused by a tornado that swept through the state capital, Jefferson City, the night before.

At least three people were killed as storms hit other parts of the state that night.

Ameren reported that about 200 utility poles had been damaged in the area, cutting power to parts of the city and nearby Eldon. Power outages were expected to continue until Saturday, they said.
