Drone footage showed the extensive damage to the area around Victory Square in the central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia after a strike on July 14 left at least 23 dead.
Video by Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES) shows heavy damage to residential and office buildings as well as the main square, which officials said was struck by Russian cruise missiles launched from a Black Sea submarine.
The strike killed at least 23 people, including three children, according to an SES update late on July 14. Thirty-four people were in hospitalized in serious condition, five were in critical condition, and 39 people were still missing, the SES said. Credit: SES of Ukraine via Storyful
