Trees were decked out in gorgeous autumn colors in Paradise, Michigan, on October 4, as the leaves hit their foliage peak.
Michigan drone pilot Ryan Latourette captured footage showing the vibrant fall foliage surrounding the waters of Tahquamenon Falls.
The Smoky Mountains Fall Foliage report predicted that the leaves in Paradise would reach their peak on the week of September 28.
Latourette told Storyful that his favorite time to visit Tahquamenon Falls State Park was in autumn. He said he routinely travels for “drone vacations” but said that he favors his home state.
He added, “Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula have a wonderful display of fall colors. And Paradise, Michigan, where Tahquamenon Falls flows, seems aptly named.” Credit: Ryan Latourette via Storyful
