Drake shouts out Taylor Swift on new EP: 'Rest of y'all, I treat you like you never made it'

The rapper praises the pop star in the track 'Red Button.'

Drake doesn't have any bad blood with chart-topper Taylor Swift, whom he praises on his newly-released EP Scary Hours 3.

The rapper gives a shout-out to the pop star in the track "Red Button," which features the following bars: "Radio is king again, Billboard got me regulated / Wanna make it fair for you, numbers that I generated / Do right and kill everything, people knew that death awaited / Taylor Swift the only n— that I ever rated / Only one could make me drop the album just a little later."

He adds, "Rest of y’all, I treat you like you never made it / Leave your label devastated."

Drake dropped the latest edition of his Scary Hours series at midnight on Friday, a follow-up to his eighth studio album, For All the Dogs, released just last month. The latter follows last year's Her Loss, his first collaborative album with 21 Savage that — as alluded to in "Red Button" — was originally scheduled for a late October 2022 release but was delayed to November of that year. Swift's Midnights album notably dropped in late October of last year.

The Swiftie is set to embark on his U.S. It’s All a Blur Tour – Big as the What? tour with J. Cole next year, while Swift is currently in the midst of the international leg of her Eras tour in Latin America. Listen to Drake's shout-out to the pop star in "Red Button" below, which doesn't take too kindly to Kanye West.
