Drag Race Season 16 Queens Make Plane Jane Answer for Her Shady Comments in Exclusive Sneak Peek
It’s a good thing that Plane Jane didn’t come to RuPaul’s Drag Race to make friends — because she isn’t!
TVLine has an exclusive first look at Friday’s episode (MTV, 8/7c), which begins with Jane’s fellow Season 16 queens calling her out for those comments she made about Amanda Tori Meating in last week’s Untucked.

In a rare moment of humility, Jane takes “full responsibility” for shading Amanda’s looks, telling her, “I do want to apologize for giving my unsolicited feedback to you when it wasn’t needed.”
“…or even relevant to the conversation,” Amanda adds.
The queens explain that until Jane develops an actual friendship with Amanda, any amount of shade is going to be hurtful and unwarranted. But is that going to stop her? Ha!
“You can’t un-ring a bell,” Jane admits. “Are we each other’s favorite people now? No. Does it matter to me? No. Let the shade begin!”
Then again, Amanda might not have anything to worry about this week, as it looks like Jane is already shifting her sights to a new target. She and Morphine Love Dion both want the same role in the Saturday Night Live-inspired maxi challenge, leading both queens to exchange some choice words.
Jane may have star quality, but Amanda isn’t wrong when she points out that “stars are full of gas, baby.”
