Eight engines and 60 firefighters were dispatched to a fire that broke out in an apartment in London on November 4, the London Fire Brigade said.

“Firefighters are making steady progress,” said London Fire Brigade Station Commander Dave Hill. “Road closures are in place and there is heavy congestion. We encourage people to avoid the area.”
