Downed Tree Blocks Jacksonville Street Following Tornado

A tornado touched down in Jacksonville, Florida, on July 7, as Tropical Storm Elsa moved north.

The National Weather Service reported damage following the tornado, including downed trees and debris.

Later on Wednesday, the service said it had observed another tornado touchdown, in St Marys, Georgia, about 35 miles north of Jacksonville.
