Christmas Day was extra special for Donna Kelce, who got to celebrate in Pennsylvania as her son Jason Kelce and the Philadelphia Eagles faced off against the New York Giants at Lincoln Financial Field.

For the Monday matchup, which the Eagles won 25-33, Donna, 71, was also joined by Jason's wife, Kylie Kelce.

The NFL team and Eagles Autism Foundation shared a joint post of the Kelce ladies, clad in Eagles-green and Santa hats, on Instagram, and thanked Donna for selling her famous chocolate chip cookies to raise money for the foundation.

"The best gift of all: an Eagles WIN and raising money for our Eagles autism community🎄🦅," the post read. "Thank you @donnakelce for donating proceeds from Mama Kelce’s cookie sale to the Eagles Autism Foundation!"

The pair did not appear to be joined by Donna's grandkids, Elliotte, 2, Wyatt, 3, and Bennett, 10 months, for the Christmas Day matchup.

Rather, Kylie, 31, planned a delayed family Christmas celebration for Tuesday, she told PEOPLE earlier this month.

"Lucky for us, our girls cannot read a calendar yet, so we are going to take full advantage of that and pretend that Christmas is the 26th," she told PEOPLE. "And I mean, top-to-bottom, presents and all, 26th of December."

And, while Donna cheered Jason to victory with Kylie, her other son, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, 20-14.

The mother to two NFL stars told PEOPLE recently that she's grown accustomed to spending her Christmas away from home.

Before her sons made it to the NFL, Donna was still frequently away from home this time of year supporting her sons as they pursued their athletic dreams.

"Most times, the holidays were spent supporting the kids in various sporting events and enjoying the Christmas break with other families," Donna told PEOPLE.

"I understand that it’s part of the job," she said of holiday games. "I embrace the holiday games and enjoy the special days with our football family."

Donna added, "Santa somehow has always been able to find families who work on Christmas Day on an alternate date."

"But I remember the joy in their eyes as they woke up early on Christmas Day to come downstairs to screams, laughter and a flurry of ripped wrapping paper," she recalled.

Donna also revealed that she'll spend New Year's Eve with Travis in Kansas City as the Chiefs take on the Cincinnati Bengals at Arrowhead Stadium.

This year, Donna partnered with Aramark Sports + Entertainment to bring her famous chocolate chip cookies, one of her son's favorite dishes, to both the Eagles-Giants and Chiefs-Raiders Christmas Day games.

"All proceeds from cookie sales will benefit organizations selected by the teams – the Eagles Autism Foundation in Philadelphia and Operation Breakthrough in Kansas City," Donna shared.

"These two organizations mean a lot to my sons, and it’s a nice feeling to be able to support them in my own special way."
