Dessert recipes: How to make Liege Belgian Waffles

Ingredients: • 2 c all-purpose flour • 1 ½ tsp brown sugar • 2 tsp instant dry yeast • ½ tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 large eggs • 1/3 c warm milk • 1 c butter melted • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 c palm sugar diced • strawberry • banana • blueberry • Nutella • strawberry syrup • sugar powder • Whip cream Instructions: • In a large bowl, add together flour, instant dry yeast, brown sugar, salt, and eggs to mix well. • Add the warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla to the bowl. Stir in the dry ingredients. • Beat with a mixer until stiff. • Cover and rest for one and a half hours. • Add diced palm sugar(or Belgian Pearl Sugar) into the dough, mix well and rest for another 15 min. • Divide the batter into 8 pieces and shape them into balls. • Heat the waffle iron and cook one at a time until golden brown.
