Death Cab for Cutie will finally play in Malaysia next year
Alternative rock band, Death Cab for Cutie is coming to Malaysia next year for the second edition of Good Vibes Presents!
Comprised of Ben Gibbard (vocals, guitar, piano), Nick Harmer (bass) and Jason McGerr (drums), the Grammy-nominated rock band who is currently on an extensive world tour in support of their eighth studio album "Kintsugi", will make a stop at Malaysia for their inaugural performance in the country.
The band is currently the only confirmed performer for the second edition of Good Vibes Presents which had its debut last August with Echosmith and RÜFÜS headlining the festival.
The performance will take place at KL Live on 27 February 2016, 8pm.
Early birds tickets priced at RM158 and start going on sale starting from 9 October at boxtix.asia.
Death Cab for Cutie is one of the most successful indie rock bands who received platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Their eighth album is the last one to feature former guitarist and songwriter Chris Walla.
After their Malaysian performance, the band will then continue to perform in other Asian countries like Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore.
