Deadly Tropical Storm Nalgae Prompts Evacuations

People were seen being evacuated from flood-affected areas on the island of Mindanao, Philippines, on Friday, October 28, as an approaching tropical storm hit the country’s south.

At least 67 people died and several others went missing as Tropical Storm Nalgae, known locally as Paeng, intensified on Friday, local reports said.

Video by @Jakepupps shows Mindanao residents being transported from flooded streets in Nuro. According to the source, they were rescued by the Philippine Army.
