Dark Clouds Loom as 'First Cold Front of Fall' Arrives in Northeast Tennessee

Dark clouds, wind, and rain were reported in Church Hill, Tennessee, on Wednesday, September 22, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a warning for “hazardous conditions” in Hawkins County.
