Culvert Overflows in Northern California as Atmospheric River Continues

An atmospheric river continued to rain down on Northern California on Tuesday, March 14, causing heavy precipitation and dangerous flooding, according to the National Weather Service (NWS)

The NWS issued flood advisories for multiple towns in the Northern California area. Some communities in Santa Cruz County had to be evacuated, county officials said.
