Crowds Gather in Liverpool for Proclamation of King Charles III

A crowd gathered in front of Town Hall in Liverpool, England, as King Charles III ascension was proclaimed on Sunday, September 11.

Footage captured by Twitter user @SchmittdielFitz shows the crowd that can be heard saying “God save the King.”

King Charles III, the former Prince of Wales, was officially proclaimed King of the United Kingdom in a ceremony at St. James’s Palace in London, on Saturday, September 10.
