Crowds Gather in Edinburgh Ahead of Queen's Lying in Rest

Crowds of people waiting outside St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh on Monday, September 12, for a chance to see the late Queen Elizabeth II’s coffin before its transportation to London on Tuesday.

Footage posted to the Facebook page of Inday Heather’s English Crockery Collections shows a large crowd of people outside the cathedral on Monday morning.

King Charles III was due to travel to Edinburgh on Monday after his address to the Houses of Parliament at Westminster.
