Creek Overflows as Flooding Continues in Eastern Kentucky

Continued flooding plagued eastern Kentucky on Monday morning, March 1, after a heavy rain over the weekend spurred water rescues and a mudslide, officials said.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued multiple flash flooding warnings on Sunday, urging residents to avoid walking or driving through floodwater.
