'Crazy Winds' Blow Dust and Debris Across Arizona Field as Storms Hit Region

Storm winds blew dust across a field in Stanfield, Arizona – a small town 50 miles south of Phoenix – as the National Weather Service warned of severe thunderstorms and 60 mph winds on July 13.

This footage recorded by Mark Rebilas shows wind gusts pick up dust and debris along a rural road in Stanfield, as “crazy outflow winds” passed through the area, Rebilas said.

On Wednesday evening, the National Weather Service issued a dust storm warning for areas south of Phoenix.
