Couple Spot Cheetah Sitting on Road Sign in Kruger National Park
A lucky couple enjoyed a close-up encounter with a cheetah when they spotted the animal lounging on a road sign in Kruger National Park, South Africa.
Tansy Terry-Sue Moss told Storyful that she and her partner have visited the park since they were children. She said: “We’re travelling to our next camp and talking about what would be an ideal sighting and I said to see a cat on one of the boulder signs in the park. Twenty minutes later I had my dream fulfilled.”
Moss said a second cheetah had also appeared and that the animal on the pillar “gave us a show” before jumping down and disappearing into the long grass.
