Conservation Officers Free Coyote With Head Stuck in Glass Jar

British Columbia conservation officers helped free a coyote that got its head stuck in a glass jar in the Vancouver suburb of Maple Ridge.

Footage shared by the British Columbia Conservation Officer Service on August 4 shows an officer use soap to lubricate the jar after the coyote had been tranquilized.

Water was then poured over the coyote to cool it down. The wildlife officers also gave the coyote water to drink, and stayed around as it cooled off in the shade and began to move about again. Credit: British Columbia Conservation Officer Service via Storyful
