Concern in Brooklyn Jewish Community Over 'Egging Attacks'

A Jewish community group in Borough Park, Brooklyn, has expressed concern after a series of what it called “unprovoked egging attacks” in the neighborhood.

CCTV images posted online by the Boro Park Shomrim show a woman and a child having eggs thrown at them by two boys. A third boy is with them, but appears not to throw anything.

The incident happened on 38th Street, in the predominantly Jewish neighborhood of Borough Park. Community leaders said it was one of several similar recent incidents, according to CBS New York.

On Saturday, a synagogue on the nearby Dahill Road was hit with eggs; shortly afterward, also on 38th Street, a 38-year-old woman was egged.
