Column of hot water towers above road after heating pipe bursts in northern China

Hot water sprayed into the air after a heating pipeline burst in northern China. Video filmed in the city of Dalian in Liaoning Province on November 1 shows a huge column of hot water reaching around 10-storeys-high and white smoke rising into the air on a road. The road was flooded affecting the traffic. Police directed the traffic and the repairmen turned off the pipe valve. The heating supply will be affected in the nearby residential communities and the case is under investigation. The video was provided by local media with permission.
