Claudia Oshry Says She's Been 'So Hungry' Since She Stopped Ozempic
"I cannot stay full, it's impossible. I just had a 12 oz. steak and I'm starving so I'm eating popcorn," the TikToker said in a video
Claudia Oshry is opening up about her diet since discontinuing Ozempic in November.
"I'm so hungry all the mother-f---ing time and I'm always looking for good treats cause I'm still trying to lose weight but on my own," the influencer and comedian shared in a recent TikTok video. "I'm always looking for snacks and things to fill me up."
She continued, "What are we eating to stay full? I cannot stay full, it's impossible. I just had a 12 oz. steak and I'm starving so I'm eating popcorn. How are we staying full?"
Since posting on Tuesday, Oshry's video has gone viral, amassing almost 1 million views. The comment section has also become filled with people sharing similar experiences after discontinuing the drug. One comment reads, "I had to go off due to insurance no longer covering. I am always hungry, never realized how bad my food noise was until it was gone."

Before Oshry, 29, ceased using the drug, back in September 2023, she elaborated more on her experience with Ozempic — including its associated side effects — with her followers in a Q&A on her Instagram Stories.
Ozempic is one of the brand names for semaglutide and tirzepatide — also known as Wegovy and Mounjaro — which works in the brain to impact satiety. While it’s approved by the FDA for people with type 2 diabetes and not for weight loss, it’s become a trendy weight-loss tool.
“I can’t believe how many clothing options I was missing out on,” she captioned a selfie on her Instagram Stories, where Oshry is seen wearing a cropped pink bra and bike shorts. “It’s honestly so liberating. Dare I say, life changing?”
However, when asked if Ozempic caused her to “shed [hair] like crazy,” Oshry admitted that it did initially, “and I panicked. My hair is my life! My security blanket!”
Nevertheless, she added, “I acted quickly and have really gotten it under control.”

Just a month prior, Oshry, who co-hosts the podcast, The Toast, disclosed on an episode of the show that she had been using the diabetes drug for weight loss. Initially feeling embarrassed about admitting her use of the medication, she later became more comfortable discussing it.
"The thing that's been harrowing — like, following me around — everybody wants to know if I'm taking Ozempic, Mounjaro, semaglutide," she began the Aug. 18th episode. "And the answer is: obviously. Yes, of course."
"You thought they were going to make a weight loss drug and I wasn't going to take it?" she continued. "You're dumb. Of course, I'm f---ing taking it."
