One civilian has been injured during a Russian drone attack on energy infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, the Ukrainian military reported on Nov. 18.

An administrative building caught fire after the strike. The blaze has since been extinguished, according to the military.

Twenty-nine out of 38 Shahed kamikaze drones launched by Russia overnight were shot down, including eight in the southern regions of the country.
