Christmas train dazzles in Colombian capital streets

The train's manager, Andres Rodriguez, says that besides being a publicity event, the attraction also helps bring joy to the people of Bogota.

"People always come out to see it passing by every night," he added.

Staff dressed up as train conductors, nutcrackers and Santa Clause greet the passengers at the train station.

The Christmas train will be operating all through December.

Last year, the traditional Christmas tour was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
