Chloe Maayan wins second Best Actress award in HK
13 Mar – Chinese actress Chloe Mayaan is over the moon over winning another Best Actress award for her performance in the Fruit Chan movie, "Three Husbands".
The actress, who accepted her latest accolade at the 30th Hong Kong Directors' Guild event on 10 March, took to social media to express her happiness over the acknowledgment.
She wrote, "This is the second award that I have won throughout my career. Thank you for your encouragement and support. Thank you director Fruit Chan for giving me this opportunity to perform. Thank you for your film, [Edko Films]. Thank you, Hyman."
On the other hand, when asked if she is confident about her chance at the upcoming Hong Kong Film Awards, Chloe said that she always has confidence in herself.
"But I also admire all the other actresses who are nominated with me in the category," she said.
