Chip and Joanna Gaines cancelled Magnolia Market’s Spring at the Silos event due to concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus—but they're doing all they can to make it up to their vendors and attendees.

The home renovation stars apologized to ticket holders and issued them a full refund. They also addressed all the people who were set to be part of the event. Chip tweeted that he and Jo plan to reimburse up to $1,000 in travel and hotel expenses to the vendors. And Jo announced on Instagram that the Magnolia blog will feature the musicians and vendors that were set to be part of the event.

“Spring at the Silos is one of our favorite events of the year - and it’s made special by all of the vendors, small businesses, and musicians who come out every year and pour so much thought, time, and energy into making it such a unique experience for our guests,” Jo said in the caption. “Chip and I are deeply saddened that this year’s event won’t go on as we’d hoped and are just so sorry that the decision to cancel had to be made.”

For three days, the Magnolia blog will feature a Virtual Vendor Fair to highlight every vendor, food truck, and musician that planned on being part of the event. The virtual fair is categorized by vendors and musicians. Alongside the name of the vendors, artists, and links to their websites, there are corresponding photos. So those who planned on going to the event can still shop and listen to the music. Through its Instagram stories, Magnolia has also been spotlighting everyone involved.
