Chinese men catch turtles and fish released into river by tourists and sell them

Several men caught turtles and fish released into a river by tourists and sold them on the bank in southern China. The video, shot in the city of Mianyang in Sichuan Province on May 18, shows more than a dozen tourists releasing the turtles and fish they bought from a nearby area into a river while singing. However, after the tourists left, several men used fishing nets to catch the turtles and fish from the river and placed them into basins to sell them on the bank. The filmer Mr Zhong said he was shocked by the scene. Some of the turtles were taken away by the people who caught them and some were placed into the basins to sell.
