Cherish your family and be grateful, actor Alif Satar cites his secret to success
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 3 — If actor Alif Satar looks like he’s got it together, it’s because he does.
Known as a decent guy and untainted by scandal, he lives by two rules — don’t flirt on locations and don’t cheat on your wife.
“I go to work and then I come home,” said the 32-year-old father of three.
“Nobody’s tried to hit on me.”
When he first started out in showbiz, some fans did try but they were just goofing around, he said in an interview with Oh Bulan.
Alif and wife Sha Dila Halid, his former manager, have been married for nine years.
His tremendous respect for her and her unwavering support for his career are reasons why they have a happy marriage.
“I have a good woman, that’s all I’ve got to say,” he said.
“One mistake can ruin everything.
“I have a wife and children, I’m grateful for what I have.”
He’s also grateful for his career and remains professional at all times, especially on set.
“I’ve worked hard to get where I am.
“I treat my showbiz career as a business.”
With his feet planted firmly on the ground, it’s easy to see Alif’s star continue to rise in the future.
