Charmaine Sheh not pressured to achieve same success in new drama
14 May – After the success of "The Queen of News", Charmaine Sheh is not at all worried whether or not her new drama will achieve similar success.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the promotional event of the new series, "Modern Dynasty Part 2：War of Others", stated that she felt no pressure as the two dramas are of different genres and that everybody's roles are equally important.
"The new drama is about competition in the production world. This character is very different from Miss Man. This character is much gentler," she said.
At the same time, Charmaine expressed happiness to be able to play a couple again with Raymond Lam, nine years after "Line Walker".
"Though the story and the characters are different, there is still a tacit understanding between us in creating another kind of chemistry," she added.
