3 Dec – Charmaine Li is thankful for any work coming her way right now, as she had been deeply affected by the pandemic, not unlike other artistes.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who made an appearance at a beauty brand event recently, shared that many of her projects have been either postponed or cancelled because of the situation.

"I haven't worked for more than half a year. The presiding work in the beginning of the year has also changed from postponement to cancellation. I did receive a project for December, but now that there is this fourth wave of COVID-19, everything will be postponed until February next year," she said.

However, Charmaine acknowledged the fact that she is not the only person who is affected by the situation when it comes to the entertainment industry.

"My only hope is for the fourth wave to be the last one, and that the pandemic will finally subside. I hope that 2021 will be a better year than this one. This year seems to have gone to waste," she said.
