Charleston Road Floods After Heavy Storms Sweep Through City
Thunderstorms brought an intense deluge to parts of Charleston, South Carolina, flooding roads in the city on the afternoon of July 21.
This footage, filmed by Claudia Alejandra Salazar, shows vehicles traversing floodwaters along Jonathan Lucas Street.
The Charleston Police Department closed several roads throughout the city on Wednesday afternoon and urged commuters to be cautious.
