Charlene Choi laughs off wedding rumours
14 Mar – Hong Kong actress Charlene Choi has recently laughed off rumours that she and boyfriend Anthony Shi are tying the knot.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media at the audience appreciation event for her new movie, "The Lady Improper", stated that the two of them have no wedding plans for the time being.
"He hasn't even proposed yet. I would definitely announce it to the public if [we are to marry]," she said.
When asked if she would say yes if he pops the question, Charlene responded, "If we have already reached that stage, it means that we already have a mutual understanding of our situation."
Rumours of an upcoming wedding sparked recently, with sources claiming that Charlene will be walking down the aisle with the "mahjong prince" at the end of 2019.
Prior to Anthony, Charlene was in a relationship with singer-actor William Chan.
