Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has lost two more recruits after yet another gruelling episode.
Following the departures of Katie Price, Jack Maynard and Anthea Turner, this week's instalment saw former footballer John Fashanu and BBC Radio 1Xtra's Yasmin Evans become the latest celebrities to hand in their armbands and leave the show.
John's exit came early on in tonight's episode (May 4) as the celebrities were tasked with rappelling down a cliff.
Sharing his fear of heights, John refused to take on the challenge.
Back at camp, chief instructor Ant Middleton explained that the recruits are not allowed to forfeit a challenge, as a real soldier wouldn't be able to simply give up in war. With that, he then ordered John to hand in his armband and exit the show.
Yasmin's elimination came at the very end of the episode, having failed to impress Ant and the rest of his team with her general performance.
In the toughest challenge of the episode, the celebrities were tasked with carrying a large log and metal water container across land in wet conditions.
For TOWIE's Joey Essex and Paralympic gold medalist Lauren Steadman, the task proved to be a real struggle, with the two dropping the heavy equipment over 30 times between them.
With tensions flaring between the two of them over the course of the episode, they were both called in for separate interviews with Directing Staff Jason Fox and Jay Morton.
As Lauren explained that she was struggling to work with Joey, Jay amusingly replied: "I've worked with some right f**king bellends."
The camera then cut to Jason, who was giving his fellow DS some serious side-eye with a smirk, and viewers couldn't help but laugh.
The below tweets include naughty words.
