Steiner will serve as a non-writing executive producer on the project. No studio is attached.

Steiner has become a fan favorite known for his outsized personality, thanks to his appearances on the Netflix docuseries Formula 1: Drive to Survive. Launched in 2019, the series is a collaboration between Netflix and Formula One and offers fans a behind-the-scenes look at the drivers and races of the Formula One World Championship.

Drive to Survive just completed its fifth season. The docuseries was renewed for a sixth year.
