A person dressed in a Tyrannosaurus rex costume was spotted running through snowfall in Victoria, British Columbia, on February 10, as an arctic outflow warning was issued across the region.
Footage released by the Victoria Police Department shows the person dashing down a street as light snow falls. “We are now getting reports of at least one T-Rex spotted in the snow,” the department wrote in a Facebook caption. “Caution on the roads is most definitely needed today.”
