Oregon Gov Kate Brown declared a wildfire emergency on Tuesday as several fires threatened Clackamas, Lane, and Lincoln counties. Four active fires in Clackamas County had burned over 3,400 acres by Wednesday night, threatening hundreds of homes, according to reports.
