Casualty spoilers follow.
Casualty's Faith Cadogan is set to confront Lev Malinovsky after discovering that he cheated on her with a man he met on a dating app.
In scenes that aired last year, Dylan Keogh spotted Lev in a passionate embrace with lover Xander and eventually told Faith, who didn't believe him.
In scenes set to air this Saturday (January 9), Faith will be back at the emergency department after shielding during the lockdown – though things are awkward between her and Dylan after he revealed Lev's secret.
Faith then rushes back home after daughter Natalia calls saying she feels unwell. After discovering that she's okay, she reunites with Lev.
However, as they catch up, she decides to mention that Dylan had seen him with another man, which leads Lev to act suspiciously.
Faith then asks him point-blank whether it is true. He admits that it happened when Luka was unwell, and begs a devastated Faith to forgive him.
Natalia then calls for Lev, leaving Faith alone to try and process what she has just heard, and despite picking up the phone to call Dylan, she decides to leave it.
Casualty boss Loretta Preece previously teased a big twist in the Faith, Lev and Dylan storyline, explaining exclusively to Digital Spy: "Faith didn't believe Dylan when he told her that he saw her husband kissing a man but when we see her again, she's had some time to dwell on that and to wonder why Dylan would say such a thing.
"Lev is on a journey in the new series but so are Faith and consequently Dylan. There are lots of twists in this story to come."
Casualty airs on Saturday evenings on BBC One.
