Casualty's Dylan Keogh to confront Lev over Faith betrayal

Casualty's Dylan Keogh will keep a huge secret from his friend Faith Cadogan this weekend, as he wrestles with his discovery about Lev.
Last Saturday's scenes saw Dylan (William Beck) catch Lev in a passionate embrace with his lover Xander and he'll be torn over whether to tell Faith what he saw in this week's episode.
Viewers know that Lev is struggling with his sexuality and his feelings for Xander, who he met on a dating app.
As Faith prepares for Luka's first day of Proton Beam Therapy, Dylan's fury towards Lev builds – knowing that the woman he loves has been betrayed is eating him alive.
Aware of the pressure Faith is under, Dylan decides against telling her the painful truth for the time being, until Xander arrives in the ED and everything changes.
Xander is with his friend Claudie, who's carrying the baby, but Dylan doesn't immediately recognise him from his tryst with Lev last week.
However, upon realising who Xander is, Dylan realises that he can't keep his discovery to himself and furiously tracks Lev down.
Unable to hold back any more, Dylan horrifies Lev by revealing that he saw everything that happened in the ambulance station with Xander and demands that Faith know the truth.
Although Lev tries to deny everything, he gets aggressive when it becomes clear that Dylan isn't going to let this go.
Following his run-in with Dylan, Lev is left fearful that his marriage is hanging by a thread, but will Dylan tell Faith the truth or not?
Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, August 8 at 8.40pm on BBC One.
