Casualty's Dylan Keogh and Faith Cadogan have been getting closer over the past few weeks, and now a trailer (below) for the BBC drama's upcoming episodes has teased a potential romance between the medical professionals.

As the show offered fans a glimpse at what's to come for the employees of Holby City hospital, Dylan (William Beck) tells his encouraging colleague that Faith (Kirsty Mitchell) is a "married woman" and that he shouldn't cross a line when it comes to their relationship.

Later though, the pair share a tense moment in a meeting room that seems to indicate that the both of them will find it hard to keep their distance.

Elsewhere, the teaser sees Fenisha Khatri (Olivia D'Lima) sitting in a bathroom stall and staring down at a pregnancy test. Given by her shocked expression, she was surprised by the results, which suggests she might be expecting.

Over the last week or so, Casualty fans have been worried that the medical drama would be affected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and their fears were realised when the BBC announced it was halting production for the time being.

That said, the show's official Twitter soon calmed everyone down when they reminded viewers that it films four months in advance and considering it only airs once a week, there's plenty of material to keep it going on the small screen for a while yet.
