Cars Stuck in Floodwater as Tropical Storm Fay Hits New Jersey

A storm system named Tropical Storm Fay brought 45 mph wind gusts, heavy rain, and the potential for strong rip currents to the New Jersey coastline on Friday morning, July 10, reports said.

The system of thunderstorms was upgraded to a tropical storm by the National Hurricane Center after moving up the coast off North Carolina.
