Cars Stranded in Floods After Thunderstorms Hit St Louis Metro Area

Slow-moving thunderstorms packing heavy rain flooded areas of St Louis, Missouri on Wednesday, August 12, local media reported.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash-flood warning for the metropolitan area until 4.15 pm.
