Car Stranded in Floodwaters in Rhode Island Amid Torrential Rainfall

A car became stuck in floodwaters that washed over a road in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, on Tuesday, September 13.

The National Weather Service (NWS) had said torrential rainfall was possible in the region and warned of street flooding.
