Cantopop legend Sam Hui to perform in Genting on February 4
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 30 — During the Covid-19 pandemic, Cantopop legend Sam Hui treated fans to an online concert.
Come February 4 next year, the 74-year-old will be at Resorts World Genting to serenade his fans.
This is the first time after four years the entertainer is returning to Malaysia to perform.
Jointly organised by Aco Media and Meta Live World, the concert will start at 8.30pm.
Tickets priced between RM288 and RM1,088 will be on sale from January 4 at 11am and can be bought at http://rwgenting.com or http://ticket2u.com.my.
During the pandemic, Hui performed on the rooftop of the Harbour City shopping complex at the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront against the backdrop of the Victoria Harbour skyline.
The show was to raise funds for former employees of Tom Lee Engineering Ltd, a sound engineering company who became jobless due to the Covid-19 shutdown.
