Lights is no stranger to the great outdoors.
On Sunday, the Canadian singer, born Valerie Anne Poxleitner, took to Instagram to post a series of photos of her and a friend hiking in the Okanagan region of British Columbia.
In the first slide, the 35-year-old stared into the distance with the beautiful mountain range behind her. On the outdoor adventure, the hitmaker opted for a black travel backpack, black sports bra and dark grey skirt which showed off her plethora of tattoos. She wore her long, raven-coloured locks in a high ponytail and let her wispy fringe hang loose.
In the second and third snaps, the Timmins, Ont.-native beamed as she showed off the breathtaking scenery and posed next to a "danger" sign warning pedestrians of unsafe walking conditions.
In the final shots, the "Drive my Soul" songstress shared a fresh-faced selfie of her and a friend, as well as their mountain-top picnic complete with crackers and fruit.
"Gnarly hike today got my serotonin flaring. Highly recommend a victory peach as a reward!" she captioned the post.
Fans loved the adventurous post and praised the singer for selecting such a "demanding" trail.
"This looks like the best hike ever! I've done this trail before and it can be really hard and demanding but the views are also so rewarding," wrote a fan.
"Who looks this cool hiking?" one user commented. "Never seen someone look so flawless on a hike before, but you're absolutely killing it!"
"I'm adding this trail to my bucket list right now!" said another. "Where in the Okanagan is it? It looks like you had the best time!"
"Canada is truly so beautiful. You're a Canadian athletic queen and I'm loving your posts!" confessed another follower.
