Sarah Nicole Landry is receiving praise for her honest post about living life to the fullest — no matter what you look like.

The Canadian influencer, also known as The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram on Monday to share a video and a series of unedited photos from her past that highlighted her journey to self-love and body positivity.

In the video, the mother-of-four faced the camera to show off her natural body in a sky blue two-piece swimsuit. The clip also featured a slideshow of images of Landry at various stages of life to highlight how her body has changed over time.

The video included on-screen text, saying, "When they say you're too full of yourself now...remember they NEVER knew what it was like when you were empty."

In the caption, the Guelph, Ont.-based content creator reflected on her past in order to show followers how "full" her life is now.

"Sometimes I just need to show the past versions of me a life now that runs on fullness. In every sense of the word," she captioned the post.

Fans immediately weighed in on the body-positive message and praised Landry for her vulnerability and transparency surrounding such an important topic.

"We all need to be more full! Every single one of us deserves to feel full of ourselves since we spent so many years feeling empty," one follower commented. "Keep that cup full my friend."

"I'm still waiting for the kind of confidence you promote...but watching you becoming "full of yourself" has helped not just me, but many many women start to feel less empty. Keep doing you, you've come so far and we are all so proud of you!" another said.

"Your transparency is healing for so many like myself," a follower told Landry. "So forever grateful I’ve found your platform. Sending hugs!"

"Past, present and purely beautiful all the way through. Your vulnerability is beauty," wrote another.
